Steve Cook was born and raised in Ocean City, NJ. He excelled in multiple sports throughout High School including Football and Track and continues to hold school records at Ocean City High. Steve attended Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, PA and excelled on the football field throughout his years. Steve holds 15 school records and was named First Team Selection on two separate occasions. Not only did Steve make achievements on the football field at Delaware Valley College but he excelled in the Arena Football League playing for The Lehigh Valley Outlawz and had over 20 touchdowns in a single season. His hard work and dedication led him to a tryout with the Men's US Bobsled Team where he was one of two athletes chosen from a long list of athletic candidates from all around the country. He resided and trained at the US Olympic Center located in Lake Placid,NY and traveled to Igles, Austria for the Junior World Cup. Steve decided to focus on football and was recruited to play overseas in Ancona, Italy. He played one season with the Ancona Dolphins. Steve is certified through AAAI, ISMA in Personal Training. He excels in agility and strength training and overall exercise conditioning in an effort to help reach his client's goals.
