A fantastic tool for performing various leg exercises under light or heavy load. Applications for increasing lower body strength are nearly endless - the two arms can be lowered, a belt can be worn and the cable on each arm can easily be clipped onto the belt. From that point, a wide variety of leg strengthening exercises can be performed, ranging from box jumps, lateral slides back & forth (the cable extends all the way out onto the turf!!), or powerful acceleration that mirrors exploding off the line in a football game! The cable from one of the arms can also easily be secured to an ankle wrap, which allows adductor and abductor exercises to be performed, lunges can be done with resistance, and kicking action can be simulated under any desired level of resistance in order to develop a more powerful kick!
